Meet the Owner, Alli
Allison Keib is the Founding Principal of Keib Capital Property Group LLC. Alli has a background in financial services and worked for 8 years in Corporate America. She moved from New York City to the Capital Region to start her family and began her real estate career acquiring and self-managing small multi-family properties.
As her business progressed, Alli began to make connections within the community and experienced firsthand the power of networking. She committed herself to helping other real estate investors meet like-minded individuals and access quality education. In 2023, she co-founded the Capital Region Real Estate Investing Association (CRREIA), which has quickly become the largest real estate investing network in the Capital District.
Jennica Dequito, Assistant Property Manager
Jennica dedicated over eight years to corporate customer service before transitioning into property management in 2021. With a strong background as a Maintenance Coordinator and Property Manager, she handles everything from tenant relations to maintenance coordination with precision and a genuine commitment to service. Jennica values organization and clear communication, believing that each interaction is an opportunity to build trust and enhance the resident experience.
She’s eager to deepen her expertise in operational efficiency and looks forward to contributing to the long-term growth and success of Keib Capital. Outside of work, Jennica enjoys learning new skills and advancing her knowledge in property management. She is also a full-time mom, balancing her professional growth with her dedication to family.
Meet the Team
Troy Baur, Lead Maintenance Technician
Troy joined the military six years ago and from that experience has gained invaluable lessons about work ethic, teamwork, and problem solving. In 2021 Troy started a property maintenance/construction company, and in 2024 decided to pursue his business full-time. Troy is the face of Keib Capital, handling all matters and issues as they relate to maintenance and apartment turnovers. He is compassionate, reliable, professional and diligent and makes our tenants feel comfortable and safe in their homes.
Troy lives in Fort Ann, NY with his dog Bailey. He is dedicated to working and furthering his career but in his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends!
